Intercultural workshops online

I propose a series of workshops and group meetings addressing the emotional, social, and cultural aspects that are essential to the migratory experience.

These meetings are not only a space for exchange but also for mutual learning, empathy, and the collective construction of intercultural knowledge.

We will address topics such as the following, organized in modules of 4 sessions:

The migratory process and its emotions

  • Exploring the emotions generated by migration (fear, nostalgia, hope).
  • Working on the management of losses and migratory grief.
  • Activities to identify the “psychological backpack” that each migrant carries.

Rebuilding home and cultural adaptation

  • Reflecting on how to create a home in a new country.
  • Addressing family and social integration.
  • Strategies to cope with cultural shock and discrimination.

Support networks, resilience, and sisterhood

  • Encouraging the creation of emotional and social support networks.
  • Building resilience in the face of difficulties.
  • Focusing on sisterhood, especially for migrant women.

Spaces to share personal migration experiences.
