Supervision and Mediation in Multicultural Teams

Organizations

A work team within an organization, company, and/or institution composed of individuals from different ethnic backgrounds presents a complex dynamic. The relationships and communication between multicultural groups pose a particular challenge.

Facilitating intercultural communication enhances teamwork in companies, associations, and institutions

We propose to facilitate communication between intercultural groups through appropriate intervention, which may involve supervision and/or mediation. The psychologist specialized in migration will help resolve tensions that impact the identity and diversity of cultural groups, while respecting the rights of minorities and addressing the power dynamics that arise in these relationships.

The goal is to clarify the obstacles that stem from cultural misunderstandings and to empower teams in cohesion and the pursuit of common goals by coordinating differences.
